The Hotel School, Sydney
位於澳洲悉尼的洲際酒店學院 (The Hotel School, Sydney) 所舉辦的酒店管理的學士課程 (Bachelor of Business in Hotel Management) ，是澳洲悉尼洲際酒店 (Intercontinental, Sydney) 與南十字星大學 (Southern Cross University) 合辦的課程。課程著重實習與學術理論的互相配合，是有別於其他大學自行開辦，沒有與 5 星級酒店合辦的一個獨持的酒店管理學位課程。洲際酒店學院校園是位於悉尼洲際酒店的其中一所大樓，這所大樓極富澳洲悉尼古典歐陸色彩的學府，為學生提供理想之學習地方。
課程中之酒店管理實務知識，除了包括酒店日常的營運管理外，亦會重點教授旅遊及款待業的專業知識，內容包含了市場推廣，法律，人力資源及財務管理等；目的是使學生為未?的高層酒店管理事業擁有別於其他一般酒店管理課程的基礎。

教學制度
酒店管理商學士 (Bachelor of Business in Hotel Management)
澳洲的學士學位是三年制，一般來說學生需完成三年的課程才能取得學術資格。而本課程的優勢的學生完成每一年的課程後，也獲頒發學術資格，甚具彈性，更可滿足學全的個人情況和意願。

入學條件
- 入學前必須年滿 18 歲 ;
- 須完成中六或中七預科課程或完成酒店管理高級文憑或副學士課程 ;
- 如中五畢業且具一年或以上的相關工作經驗者 , 校方亦會因其工作經驗而作出考慮 ;
- IELTS 必須達 6.0 或以上 ( 不足者須在入學前進修 EAP 英語班，完成課程後可直接入讀 );
- 入學資格須通過香港獨家代理之招生辦事處，即創智教育國際升學中心所舉行的面試。 * 曾修讀洋酒管理 / 旅遊款待文憑 / 副學士者可獲學分豁免
*EAP 英語班的最低入學要求為 IELTS 4.5 分
