FIC 是Simon Fraser University之直屬院校，位於溫哥華，擁有逾四十年歷史及教學經驗，是加拿大其中一所最具規模的大學。 FIC設於大學的 Burnaby 校舍內，開設大學銜接課程(University Transfer Program)，為有意到加拿大晉升大學的中五及中七同學提供充分的預備及訓練。
