Introduction |
With the growing awareness of and respect for management and legal rights, school administration becomes more and more complicated than before. This programme offers participants who involve in school administration an introductory yet intensive legal education in the essential laws regulating school management in Hong Kong. The aim is to equip them with upgraded knowledge and competence in tackling real-life situations with legal implications and avoiding pitfalls that may flow from the day-to-day administration of schools. Those who attend this course will be able to acquire a greater understanding of the framework regulating the Hong Kong education system and the practitioners, a practical approach to the legal consequences, and the ways school management issues disputes are handled under the laws of Hong Kong. |
